Helgeson, Andrew McLean, Alex Kidd, Suzie Blazer, Ron Gillespie and Dai Shaoan take the honors in February Medal.

79 players competed over the Lakes course today, Friday 17th February, in cold and blustery conditions. On a very tough day for scoring only two players managed to break par in the stableford format, with the Competition Scratch Score soaring so high that the event became qualifying for handicap reduction only. The Katameya Monthly Medals vary from stroke play to stableford with two categories for men, one for ladies and a separate category for juniors.

The Katameya Dunes monthly medals count towards the 2012 Order Of merit, which will decide team selection in events like The Chairman’s Cup and other club events. Full updated Order of Merit to be published Sunday 19th February.
